Apply for Online Coaching

UNFPA, the United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency, partners with UNLOQ to support the professional growth of UNFPA staff and the wider UN community. Through this CoachDesk you can apply for an online coaching programme tailored to your context and ambitions.

Your journey will be delivered remotely. Within a secure online environment, you will start a personalized coaching program and work together with a certified coach to achieve your own professional development goals.

You will experience intense on-line support during a period of 4 - 8 months up to 5 - 8 hours in total. Together with your coach you design your own coaching trajectory, but you are in the lead.

At UNFPA we value measuring our impact. As part of your coaching experience you are asked to complete the UNLOQ ‘People Analytics' questionnaire. By signing up for the UNFPA CoachDesk you are committing to completing 2 (short) questionnaires. People Analytics measures coaching effectiveness. Only you and your coach have direct access to People Analytics and can see all details.
